Peter Penz from his company in Austria regularly produces interesting and different custom bikes. By leaving a gap in the top frame member he has created a very unusual design. In this case, less is more, which is a theme common in some of the more innovative and interesting designs. Technically the strength taken from the top frame member has had to be added by making other frame tube stronger.
